At My Mistify Store, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund guidelines before requesting a return.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions apply:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Free Returns (Our Responsibility)

We cover return shipping costs if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • An item from your order is missing

Please email us at support@mymistify.com with photos and your order number. We’ll provide a prepaid return label.


Customer-Initiated Returns

If you’re returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind or selected the wrong option), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Free or promotional items
  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Returns requested after 30 days

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • If declined, the item will be returned to you

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@mymistify.com with your order number and reason
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Send the item back as directed
  4. Once received and checked, your refund will be processed
